AristaCare at Manchester is looking for a Painter to join the team. The Painter's primary responsibility is to maintain the visual appeal and safety of the building.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- adequately prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding and priming
- use patining techniques such as brushing, rollling, and spraying
- mix and match paints and finishes as per instruction of the head of maintenance department
- coordinate with maintenance department to prioritize projects
- repair and smooth damaged surfaces
- keep an inventory and handle proper storage and maintenance of paints, tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols within the building and use appropriate personal protective equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in painting is required, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting
Shift: This is a temporary position
